Once you’ve found a piece of Jewelry that is the most meaningful to you, you’ll be prompted to input your Loved One’s PIN (Personal Identification Number) on the product page. This PIN is unique to your Loved One and is linked to their fingerprints, ensuring their fingerprint is engraved on your Jewelry of choice.
Most families will receive the PIN from the funeral home serving them. It may be written in the Legacy Touch brochure they gave you or sent to you via email. If you can’t find your PIN, reach out to the funeral home.
Don’t have a PIN? If the funeral home did not provide you with a PIN, you can simply upload an image of your Loved One’s fingerprints to our website and generate your own. Many families have found fingerprints of their Loved Ones from military records or other family documents.
