Ring Re-sizing
Legacy Touch can re-size most Rings in half-size increments, larger or smaller; however, our equipment does have some limitations. Please ask about your specific Ring when you contact us for your Return Merchandise Authorization (see below).
Ring Re-sizing Instructions
Before you send your Ring to Legacy Touch, you must contact Customer Service at customerservice@legacytouch.com or Toll Free at (855) 802-6800 and get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. When you speak with us, our team will give you the address to send your Ring and completed RMA form. Items received without an RMA will not be processed. Please ensure your Ring is securely enclosed in protective packaging. We highly recommend the use of a courier service that has door to door tracking, such as UPS, FedEx or DHL, and that you insure your shipment.
Please Note: There is a re-sizing fee of 15% of the current retail price, as long as the request is made within 120 days of purchase. For re-sizing requests made after 120 days, you must pay the full retail price on a new Ring. We will calculate and charge this fee once we have received your Ring.
