Fingerprint Keepsakes are a uniquely personal connection to someone you love. Due to the individual personalization and craftsmanship that goes into each Keepsake, the total time it takes to get delivered to you is a combination of production time + shipping time. Our professionally trained production artists, laser technicians, bench jewelers and material handlers work together to handcraft your Keepsakes and have them delivered to you when you need them. This Keepsake has the following production level available:

Standard Production Service

For orders that are not time-critical, Legacy Touch still leads the industry with our Standard Production service which, for this item, delivers in approximately one week at no additional charge (a few of our items do require a little more time). Please Note:

  • In addition to any applicable expedited production charges, there is a $15 flat-rate shipping charge for all US orders
  • Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays

Legacy Touch Keepsake Warranty

At Legacy Touch, we are committed to providing beautiful, high-quality, personalized Keepsakes. This Keepsake is warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within the warranty period, Legacy Touch will repair or replace the piece at no cost to the customer.

The Legacy Touch warranty does not cover pieces that have inscription errors made by the customer, pieces that are discolored due to environmental factors, pieces that are discolored due to allergic reactions, or pieces that have been abused or neglected by the customer.
